Covid-19 Precautions

The health and safety of our members, staff and visitors is our top priority.

Please help us support social distancing measures by:

  • Ensuring we only have 10 people in the branch at one time. If it appears, we have more than this number or there is a line, please wait at a safe distance before you enter.
  • Allowing us to serve our members who need assistance first. This includes seniors and people with disabilities.

We also ask all members that you do not come in-branch if:

  • You are experiencing flu-like or cold symptoms
  • You travelled out of country in the last 14 days
  • You know or suspect you have been in close contact with someone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19

Message from Atlantic Credit Unions

We know the COVID-19 pandemic is causing concern and uncertainty for us, our members and the communities we serve. These are unprecedented times and it is a new and uncertain reality for all of us. Our top priority is helping to ensure the well-being of all concerned while continuing to meet the banking needs of our members.

We are here to help you navigate these uncharted waters. If you have questions or concerns about your personal financial situation, please reach out to your credit union for guidance and support. We will be there to offer advice and solutions specific to your needs and situation. We know these are stressful times, and we also know it’s our job to reduce that stress in whatever ways we can.

Our decisions are being guided by the advice of public health officials. For us, that means adjusting our hours to ensure the safety of our employees and members could be happened; offering online services; and being a source of stability and reassurance.

Credit unions have been a key part of the communities in which we operate for close to a hundred years. We know the power of community – take care of yourselves, your families and friends. We’re in this together. Your health and financial well-being are top of mind for us, now more than ever.


We don’t know what other steps government is going to take in the coming days; so, we may need to make further changes in how we operate. We will do everything reasonable to serve you while putting the health and safety of our members, staff and community first.
