 E-Statements Coming October 1st September 2, 2009

As Community Credit Union takes another step forward in being "Greener" and more fiscally responsible, we are introducing E-Statements effective October 1, 2009.  This means that as of that date we will no longer automatically send out paper statements and cancelled cheques unless you request them.  For those customer-owners who would like their statements and/or cancelled cheques sent to them, there will be a nominal monthly fee:

  • Paper Statement $2.00
  • Paper Statement plus cancelled cheques $5.00
  • Pass Book $2.00

For those customer-owners who have a computer and are signed up for MemberDirect, they have the option of going on-line to print their statements whenever they wish.  You may have already received a letter in the mail from us notifying you of this change.  If not, click on the links below to see the letters.  The first letter was sent to customer-owners who already have MemberDirect and the second letter was sent to customer-owners who do not have MemberDirect.
