The Board of Directors

Responsibilities
The Board of Directors have a responsibility to the law and to the members to ensure authority is exercised in a manner which serves the best interests of the membership.

Eligibility
In order to be eligible to serve as a Director of Community Credit Union, you must be a Canadian citizen, nineteen years of age and be a member of the credit union.

Community Credit Union is governed by a local Board of Directors elected each year at our Annual General Meeting.   At present we have eleven directors:

    • Howard Welch – Chair, Cumberland County, Term ends 2019
    • Jean Costin – Vice Chair, Cumberland County, Term ends 2019
    • Faith Buott – Corporate Secretary – Colchester County, Term ends 2019
    • Charlotte MacVicar – Member at Large, Colchester County, Term ends 2019
    • Roger MacIsaac – Director, Cumberland County, Term ends 2019
    • Darrell Jones – Director, Cumberland County, Term ends 2019
    • Dianne Kelderman – Director, Colchester County, Term ends 2020
    • Andre Myette – Director, Colchester County, Term ends 2020
    • George Baker – Director, Cumberland County, Term ends 2020
    • Donald Rogers – Director, Cumberland County, Term ends 2020
    • Jeff Yuill – Director, Colchester County, Term ends 2020
